NEW: Updated Features, August 2018
This month’s theme is variety. We’ve got something for you perfectionists, those of you who can’t take a hint and even those who are in charge.
UPDATE 01: MANAGER VIEW
When a user is assigned as a “Manager”, they have oversight of all the diagnostics created by everybody within their organisation.
To improve the usability of the views for managers, we have included an “Advisor” drop-down within the table on the ‘My Clients’ page. This drop-down enables managers to select the employee name and filter to only show diagnostics created by them.
This is especially helpful for our larger firms with multiple advisors. You can see what we’re talking about, below:
(Relax. This isn’t a new competitor, we’ve just invented a faux brand to make life a little more real.)
UPDATE 02: ‘ADD NEW CLIENT’ PAGE
We have changed the buttons slightly to improve the UX of this page. The buttons turn from grey to pink once all required fields have been completed, letting you know that everything you need to do on that page, is done.
UPDATE 03: DRAG & DROP
Some of you provided us with great feedback for the Tax Issues page. We confess: the drag & drop function on this page could be awkward to use.
Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve done about it:
This probably isn’t that easy to visualise, so here’s a video:
UPDATE 04: REVIEW & SUBMIT PAGE
You told us that you wanted an easy way to navigate to questions/answers where ‘time sensitive’, ‘client interested’, and/or notes had been added. We have now embedded a filter icon onto this page. Once it is selected, questions marked as ‘time sensitive’, ‘client interested’ and with notes entered show at the top. HOORAY!
Here’s a video:
UPDATE 05: BROWSER WARNING
“If I’ve told you once I’ve told you a thousand times” – utter nonsense.
A problem is only a problem if there is no suitable solution. Diagnostax and Internet Explorer are a match made in Never-Neverland. It’s time to leave it in the past! Now, if you access our site via Internet Explorer, you’ll receive a message explaining that you are not using the best web browser for an optimum user experience.
We’ll then nudge you towards an old friend of ours – Google Chrome.
UPDATE 06: ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ PAGE
To some, this is not a big deal. But for others a seamless user experience is everything. That’s why we have redesigned the “forgotten password” page so that it is in line with the login page. Because it’s wonderful when things just flow.
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR FEEDBACK.
You’ve helped us come this far – please always give us your feedback! We are here to improve.
Our next update might just contain our BIGGEST NEWS YET! We’ll see you then.
Until that day comes, do a few tax diagnostics, enjoy the updates and tell us what you want next!
